
RELIGIOUS LIFE
Fidelity and discernment are the core of the religious life of ACADEMIA del CHRISTIFIDELIS, Inc (AdC). AdC is very proud of being a Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) member school. Being a CEAP member school enhances the diverse opportunities for the students, teachers, staff, and parents to improve their fidelity and discernment through prayers and sacraments throughout the school year.
Here at AdC, Eucharistic celebrations are done monthly. This also allows students, to share their blessings during the offertory by giving offerings intended for the boys of the Don Bosco Boys town Cotcot, which is an outreach venue of AdC.
Students from Grade 6 to Senior high school participate in annual recollection services starting from the season of advent to the season of lent. First Holy Communion for the 3rd graders is given during or within the Feast of the Immaculate Conception and the sacrament of reconciliation is also provided annually for the students from Grade 3 to Senior high school. Salesian priests from Don Bosco provides the sacraments to the students, teachers, staff and parents.
A school-wide Rosary prayer is presented in the month of October The school also celebrates the different feast through a 9 day novena and activities in honor of the Christ Jesus, the Blessed virgin Marry and St. Joseph. Every January for the Sinulog celebration of the Sto. Nino, the different feasts of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the feasts of St Joseph.
AdC also celebrates CEAP day, which is an annual celebration of CEAP member schools to celebrate the anniversary of the association.
